The Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ), also known as the office of the Ombudsman, has appointed Ms Naisiae Paloshe Tobiko as its new Chief Executive Officer and Secretary to the commission.

• This appointment followed a rigorous, transparent, competitive, and merit-based recruitment process that attracted 40 applications.
• The new CEO, Ms Naisiae Paloshe Tobiko, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in governance and electoral management.
• Previously, she held several senior positions at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), including county elections manager.
