The Kenyan government is urging citizens to exercise their constitutional rights responsibly and peacefully, warning that violence and lawlessness threaten national stability. This message was delivered by Internal Security and National Administration Principal Secretary Dr. Raymond Omollo at Chinga Boys Senior School in Nyeri County.

• The government condemns criminal acts conducted under the guise of exercising constitutional rights, such as burning businesses and looting property.
• Dr. Raymond Omollo emphasized that constitutional freedoms must be exercised lawfully and with respect for the rights and safety of others.
• The government is also committed to education, with the sector receiving over Ksh740 billion this financial year, an increase from approximately Ksh500 billion when the Kenya Kwanza administration took office.
