• Dubai secured the top spot with over 500,000 Instagram hashtags, 111 guided night tours, 17 panoramic viewpoints, and the highest nighttime safety score of 83.
• Tokyo ranked second, followed by Rome in third place, which boasts the most after-dark viewing options with 149 night tours and 26 observation decks.
