• This decision means there is currently no valid Court of Appeal ruling on NSSF's request to suspend a judgment declaring the NSSF Act, 2013, unconstitutional.
• The legal position reverts to before the erroneous ruling, and salaried Kenyans will continue making NSSF contributions under the existing deduction framework.
