The High Court in Nakuru has granted interim orders preventing a Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) officer, Captain Edwin Kaunga, from allegedly threatening the family of a businesswoman involved in a murder case.

• The order bars Captain Kaunga from harassing, intimidating, or threatening Nyokabi Mugweru and her family.
• The case involves Captain Kaunga, who is currently on remand facing a murder charge.
• The alleged threats were reportedly made via phone from prison, and Nyokabi Mugweru filed the application.
