- The initiative integrates practical vocational training into infrastructure projects, inspired by Germany's dual training model, with programs like Build4Skills.
- Key organizations involved include Tatu City, GIZ, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, and is jointly financed by the governments of Finland and Germany.
- Tatu City has committed to hosting over 30 interns by the end of the year and has already hosted more than 10 interns, with its Tatu Skills Hub training over 500 youth and achieving an 80% employment rate for graduates.
