Absa Bank Kenya has announced the appointment of Diana Mwaniki as its Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 July 2026, pending regulatory approval.

• This appointment follows the vacancy created by the interim appointment of Yusuf Omari as Interim Managing Director and CEO after the resignation of Abdi Mohamed.
