Police in Nairobi's Kawangware area have arrested eight suspects in a crackdown targeting illicit brews and criminal activities. The operation, conducted on Thursday, also saw the confiscation of a significant quantity of illegal alcohol.

• 124 litres of illegal chang’aa seized.
• The operation was carried out by officers from Muthangari Police Station.
• The arrests are part of an ongoing campaign by the National Police Service (NPS) to dismantle illegal alcohol networks and improve public safety in identified hotspots.
