Five people have died following a mine wall collapse at the Kilimapesa Gold mining site in Narok County on Wednesday morning.

• Five miners were killed in the incident.
• The collapse occurred at a tunnel wall in the Mdomo ya Ng'ombe mining tunnel, trapping an unknown number of miners.
• A multi-agency team, including a specialised mining rescue team, is conducting ongoing rescue efforts.
