A grieving daughter has described herself as "broken" and "crucified" after her father's body was discovered three months after his funeral, alongside 34 other bodies and over 100 sets of ashes at a funeral home. This shocking discovery at Legacy Independent Funeral Directors in Hull has led to the prosecution of former funeral director Robert Bush.

• Robert Bush, 48, pleaded guilty to 67 offences, including 30 counts of preventing a lawful and decent burial, 35 counts of fraud, and one count of theft from charity collections.
• The victim's daughter, Joanne Moody, expressed her devastation, stating, "It’s broke me, it’s crucified me," after a two-year ordeal.
• Peter Moody, 65, was one of the victims whose remains were discovered in March 2024.
