Three members of the Fighting Brutality & Impunity (FBI) movement have been acquitted of terrorism-related charges at the Kahawa Anti-Terrorism Court after the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) withdrew the case due to insufficient evidence.

• The charges, filed on September 29, 2025, involved allegedly wearing military-style uniforms without lawful authority.
• Accused individuals included Patrick Osoi, Jackson Kuria, and Hiram Kimathi.
