Nairobi City County has formally inaugurated the Chairperson of the Nairobi Physical Planning and Land Use Liaison Committee, a quasi-judicial body designed to expedite the resolution of planning and land disputes.

• The committee offers a faster, more cost-effective alternative to court litigation, aiming to resolve grievances within 30 days.
• Key individuals include Advocate Rogers Monda, the newly sworn-in Chairperson, and the Acting County Attorney Boniface Waweru.
• The eight-member committee comprises representatives from prominent professional and regulatory bodies, including the Law Society of Kenya and the National Land Commission.
