Two individuals have been detained by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in connection with the fatal shooting of Dr. Victoria Mutiso in Nairobi’s Upper Hill area on Wednesday, July 29.

• Two persons of interest are in custody.
• The investigation is being led by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
• Detectives have recovered exhibits from premises linked to the suspects, which are undergoing forensic analysis.
