Centum Investment Company has announced a total dividend payout of Sh521 million for the financial year ending March 2026, boosted by a significant special distribution from recent investment exits.

• The total dividend comprises an ordinary payout of Sh281 million (Sh0.42 per share) and a special distribution of Sh240 million (Sh0.36 per share).
• This proposed dividend is 2.5 times higher than the previous year's payout, subject to approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
• The special dividend reflects successful value realization through strategic transactions and investment exits, including the recent sale of its remaining stake in Sidian Bank and a 60% stake in Nabo Capital.
