Following her departure from President William Ruto's UDA party, former Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa is being courted by both Linda Mwananchi and the Wiper Patriotic Front.

• Siaya Governor James Orengo visited Jumwa in Malindi, calling her Raila Odinga's "political daughter."
• Wiper Patriotic Front, led by Kalonzo Musyoka, has also reached out to Jumwa, seeing her as a potential asset for influence in the Coast region.
• Jumwa, a prominent political figure known for her campaigning efforts, previously served as Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Gender and Affirmative Action before her recent exit from the ruling party.
