Kimisitu DT Sacco, in partnership with Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC), has launched affordable home loan products aimed at enabling members to achieve homeownership.

• Eligible members can access mortgage financing of up to Sh10.5 million at an interest rate of 9 per cent per annum, with repayment periods of up to 25 years.
• The new mortgage product offers a single-digit interest rate, a historic first for Kimisitu DT Sacco.
• The initiative seeks to support members' borrowing capacity through a loan multiplier of up to seven times their deposits and aligns with Kenya's affordable housing agenda.
