Adel Taufiq Balala of Nyali Golf & Country Club has been crowned the 104th NCBA Kenya Amateur Matchplay Champion after a commanding victory over Maahir Patel in the final at Limuru Country Club.

• The 27-year-old golfer played 125 holes over four days to claim the prestigious title.
• This victory marks an amateur golf double for Balala, having also won the Strokeplay Championship in 2021.
