A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged land fraud scheme involving a prime property worth Ksh12 million in Nairobi’s Muthaiga area.

• The alleged fraud involves a one-acre parcel of land valued at Ksh12 million.
• The suspect, Robinson Mbatha Wambua, was arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
• He is expected to face charges including making and uttering false documents, and obtaining registration by false pretences, reportedly through his company, Structure Lite Ltd.
