• A criminal network identified as Magafe is allegedly linked to these trafficking operations.
• Victims are trafficked through Kenya, Uganda, and South Sudan before reaching Libya, where they face forced labor and extortion.
• Hassan is calling for a comprehensive government response to dismantle these networks, rescue trapped citizens, and support survivors.
