ENA Coach has introduced new policies affecting luggage and children's seating. Passengers with luggage exceeding 15kg will face extra charges, and children aged 5 and above must have their own booked seat.

• Luggage over 15kg will incur applicable excess baggage charges.
• The new rules are in line with National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) regulations.
• Bulky items or luggage over the limit must be booked separately through Explorer Parcel Handlers (EPH).
