The Turkana County Government has signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to enhance service delivery across key sectors.

• The agreement focuses on cooperation in health, nutrition, WASH, economic recovery, protection, advocacy, systems strengthening, research, disaster management, and emergency response.
• Key signatories were Deputy Governor Dr. John Erus for the county and Joshua Rutto, Head of IRC Turkana Field Office.
• The MoU allows for joint resource mobilization and the utilization of the IRC's ISO-certified laboratory in Kakuma, strengthening efforts for inclusive service delivery in Turkana.
