Equity Group has awarded Sh3 billion in scholarships to 121 scholars from East Africa to pursue studies at universities globally through its Equity Leaders Program (ELP).

121 scholars from Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo received the scholarships.
The scholars will attend 63 universities in 16 countries, with 20 admitted to Ivy League institutions.
Equity Group Foundation Executive Chairman and Managing Director and CEO Dr James Mwangi emphasized the program's aim to develop young leaders for Africa's growth.
