• The Judiciary has launched AJS frameworks in multiple counties, including Kericho, Bomet, and Kisii.
• The Law Society of Kenya (LSK), represented by its president Charles Kanjama, expressed reservations, advocating for enhanced efficiency within the formal court system.
• This initiative is part of the Judiciary's Social Transformation through Access to Justice (STAJ) Blueprint and has reportedly contributed to a 104 percent Case Clearance Rate in the 2024/25 financial year.
