Two Indian nationals, Sandeep Sandeep and Ishwar Singh, have been rescued in Kajiado County after being kidnapped shortly after arriving at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on August 10, 2026.

• Three Pakistani nationals were arrested in connection with the kidnapping.
• The suspects allegedly demanded a ransom of USD 32,000 (approximately Sh4.1 million) for the victims' release.
• The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) led the operation, which resulted in the victims being found bound and distressed in a bungalow.
