Vihiga Cranes and Lugari Progressive (Archbishop Njenga Girls) have been crowned champions of the fifth edition of the Safaricom Chapa Dimba Western Region tournament.

• Vihiga Cranes won the boys' title after a 1-0 victory over Musokoto Secondary School.
• Lugari Progressive secured the girls' crown, triumphing 5-4 on penalties against Chakol Girls.
• Individual awards included joint Top Scorer honours for Vihiga Cranes' Tonny Omondi and others, and MVP awards for Musokoto's Elvis Ogiro and Chakol Girls' Hanifa Mashasha.
