The National Police Service (NPS) has ordered a key suspect, known by the nickname Olivetti, to surrender in connection with the violence that erupted during a Linda Mwananchi rally in Homa Bay on Sunday, August 16.

Olivetti is accused of organizing and planning the violence, which resulted in destroyed businesses, torched cars, injuries, and fatalities.
The NPS and the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) are intensifying their investigations.
12 suspects have already been arrested and arraigned, while two others are under investigation for gun-related incidents.
