Kenya is on track to establish its first National Lottery Operator, with proceeds earmarked for community development across the country.

The National Lottery Board has appointed a consortium led by RSM Eastern Africa in partnership with QLOT Consulting of Sweden to guide the process.
The consortium was selected through an open international tender evaluated using the Quality and Cost Based Selection methodology.
The lottery's net proceeds will fund charitable causes, economic empowerment, sports, arts, national heritage, health, education, emergency response, and transformative national projects.
