A new digital skills program, SheConnects EmpowerHer Digital Accelerator, is set to empower 15,000 women traders across Nairobi, Nyandarua, and Tana River counties in Kenya.

• The program, implemented by KICTANet and funded by CARE, aims to equip women with digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and financial management skills.
• The initiative targets women in small businesses, teaching them to leverage technology for increased income and better business operations.
• A cascading training model will see 100 trainers reach approximately 5,000 women, with an online marketplace planned to further support their ventures.
