Residents of Elgeyo Marakwet, Nandi, and Uasin Gishu counties are set to benefit from numerous development projects and events as they co-host this year's Mashujaa Day celebrations.

• Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen assured that the co-hosting will not diminish the usual benefits associated with the national fete.
• Key projects include the ongoing construction of Kamariny Stadium, road upgrades, and energy and water initiatives across the three hosting counties.
• The celebrations will also feature sports competitions in Kerio Valley to mark the return of peace, a national youth summit in Nandi County, and cultural events.
