Police in Kahawa West have successfully dismantled an illicit alcohol brewing network in the Soweto area of Kasarani Sub-County. The operation, conducted on Wednesday, targeted illegal production following intelligence reports.

2,000 litres of Kangara and 50 litres of Chang’aa were seized.
The operation was carried out by officers from Kahawa West Police Station.
Equipment used for brewing and distillation was destroyed as part of The National Police Service's ongoing efforts to curb health and security risks.
