• The property dispute centers on allegations of forged documents by Lucy Wanjiku Nyaga, a tenant accused of trying to claim ownership of a Sh20 million mansion.
• A Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) forensic report concluded that signatures on disputed documents were not Ashiford's, recommending prosecution for Nyaga, her lawyer Victor L Andande, and Joseph Karanja Mbugua, who was present at the meeting.
