Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has clarified university transfer options for 2025 KCSE students following the closure of the 2026 inter-institutional transfer window.

Students who sat for KCSE in 2025 and missed the 2026 transfer window remain eligible to seek a transfer in 2026 and/or 2027.
The KUCCPS is currently processing transfer requests submitted before the August 14, 2026 deadline.
Affected students are advised to regularly check their student portal for updates on their transfer status and to download their transfer letters once ready.
