The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has launched three new specialized healthcare courses to address emerging skills gaps in Kenya's health sector.

• New courses include a Diploma in Speech Therapy, a Higher Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy, and a Higher Diploma in Audiology.
• The announcement was made by KMTC CEO Dr. Kelly Oluoch during the Kenya Health Summit 2026, attended by President William Ruto.
• KMTC, training about 85% of Kenya's middle-level health workforce, aims to train approximately 25,000 health professionals in 2026.
