Kenya will host the launch of a new Ksh12.95 billion (US$100 million) global fund to combat Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C) next week in Naivasha.

• The fund, seeded by the Wallace Global Fund, will prioritize frontline and survivor-led organizations.
• The launch coincides with a three-day Justice for Girls global convening bringing together 150 global leaders, including survivors from 36 countries.
• A five-year roadmap, Unstoppable: Our Movement-led Collective Vision for Ending FGM/C, will also be unveiled, linking FGM/C with child marriage and emphasizing survivor leadership.
