Kenya has emerged as the overall champions of the ANOCA Zone V Youth Games, which concluded on Thursday at Kenyatta University grounds.

• Kenya secured the top position by amassing an impressive 50 medals: 21 gold, 21 silver, and 8 bronze, winning both the boys' and girls' titles.
• The multi-sport event, which brought together over 1,400 youths from the Zone V region, served as crucial preparation for the upcoming Youth Olympics in Dakar, Senegal.
• Uganda finished in 2nd place overall with 23 medals, followed by Ethiopia in 3rd place with 10 medals.
