The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has announced the arrest of three additional suspects, including a police officer, in connection with the murder of Dr. Victoria Mutiso. The arrests were made following a coordinated operation with Ugandan police.

• Police Constable Bett Kiplangat Collins, attached to Thogoto Police Station, was arrested in Kampala, Uganda.
• The officer allegedly played a surveillance role and served as co-driver to Daniel Mwangi Njoroge, described as a central organizer.
• Another suspect, arrested with the police constable, is believed to have acted as a key link and paymaster between the alleged execution team and the contractor.
• A third suspect was apprehended in Nairobi.
• Dr. Mutiso, a prominent clinical psychologist, was killed on July 29 in what investigators link to a land dispute.
