ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first to mass produce LPDDR6, the latest generation of phone memory.

• The first device confirmed to feature this new memory is the Xiaomi 18 Fold, scheduled for launch in September.
• This debut sees CXMT outpacing established industry giants like Samsung and SK Hynix, who had previously announced plans for LPDDR6 production in later years.
