The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has been ordered by the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board to rectify and re-publish its tender for the supply and maintenance of KIEMS kits due to material deficiencies.

The procurement watchdog cited issues with technical specifications and evaluation criteria in the tender for the Integrated Elections Management System (IEMS).
The order follows a request for review filed by Galadirel Investments Limited.
The IEBC must make corrections, clarifications, and amendments, then issue a new compliant tender document, allowing prospective bidders at least seven days to submit bids.
