Huawei has launched its third tri-fold smartphone, the Mate XT 2 Ultimate Design, in China, running on its proprietary HarmonyOS 7.

• The device starts at CNY 19,999 (approximately KES 385,600) for the 16GB RAM and 256GB storage model.
• The Mate XT 2 features a new "wing fold" design that encloses the main screen, with a 6.5-inch cover screen.
• It is powered by the new Kirin 9050 Pro chipset, boasts a 50MP RYYB main camera, and includes an ECG function.
