The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has appointed Robert Kibet Kibor as its new Registrar, filling the position left vacant by Winfridah Mokaya's promotion to Chief Registrar of the Judiciary in March 2024.

• Robert Kibet Kibor, an Advocate of the High Court with 14 years of experience, has been appointed as the new Registrar of the JSC.
• The appointment followed a competitive recruitment process after the previous registrar, Winfridah Mokaya, became Chief Registrar.
• Kibor, who has been with the JSC since 2012, will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Commission's technical and shared services functions.
