A Nairobi businessman, Walter Wekhanya Keya, has been charged with fraud-related offences for allegedly obtaining millions of shillings under the pretence of business investment.

• Accused of defrauding Constant Wanyonyi of Sh15.1 million.
• The Director of Public Prosecutions has charged Keya with conspiracy to defraud, obtaining money by false pretences, and possession of proceeds of crime.
• Keya was granted a Sh10 million bond or an alternative Sh5 million cash bail.
