• NLP claims it was not notified, invited, or consulted on resolutions adopted at the SKM Command Centre on 11 September 2026.
• The party demands disclosure of meeting proceedings, including the agenda, attendance, and minutes, to verify compliance with the coalition's governing agreement and the Political Parties Act.
• NLP, led by Secretary General Omondi K’Oyoo, will not recognize purported resolutions made without its participation and warns of pursuing legal options if concerns are not addressed.
