iQOO, in partnership with Samsung Display, has unveiled a cutting-edge 2K resolution and 165Hz refresh rate screen for its upcoming iQOO 16 smartphone, set to launch on September 29.

• The screen boasts 31% less power consumption compared to a similar 1.5K display, utilizing Samsung’s M16 light-emitting material and LEAD 2.0 display technology.
• This display marks the first time a phone will combine 2K resolution with a 165Hz refresh rate.
• The iQOO 16 also features a custom 22-nanometre display driver chip and a dedicated flagship production line to support the advanced display capabilities.
