Ghanaian flooring and interior-finishing company Modern Floors and Walls is expanding into the East African market, with Kenya as its first entry point.

• The company, founded in Ghana in 2018, aims to become an African-owned international brand.
• Founder and entrepreneur Basil David Anthony established a holding and procurement hub in Dubai in December 2022 to support its global operations.
• The Kenyan operation will offer a range of products including SPC flooring and wall panels, alongside installation and after-sales services, with a focus on building local partnerships.
