The High Court has granted political parties and accredited election observers the right to access and examine electoral records and data held by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

• The petition was filed by Democratic Party petitioner and advocate Gilbert Njoroge.
• This ruling comes as preparations for the 2027 General Election are underway.
