Samsung has launched the Galaxy S26 FE, an upgrade to the Galaxy S25 FE, with significant differences in processing power, battery life, and software capabilities.

• The Galaxy S26 FE features an Exynos 2500 (3nm) chip, offering improved speed and efficiency, while the Galaxy S25 FE uses an Exynos 2400 (4nm).
• Samsung Electronics East Africa recommends the Galaxy S26 FE at KES 103,100, while it can be found for around KES 81,000, compared to the S25 FE which ranges from KES 69,000 to KES 82,000.
• Despite the upgrade, the Galaxy S26 FE has a reduced USB-C port speed (USB 2.0 vs USB 3.2) and drops wired DeX support, while both models will receive Android 16 and Android 17 respectively, with One UI 9 coming to both.
