NCBA Group has launched private motor insurance on its LOOP app, enabling customers to digitally purchase, renew, and manage their policies.

• Customers can now select from Third Party Cover, Standard Comprehensive Cover, and Premier Comprehensive Cover.
• The service is a collaboration between NCBA subsidiaries LOOP DFS and NCBA Insurance, led by Managing Director and CEO Stella Njung’e.
• This initiative aims to simplify the insurance process and potentially improve insurance penetration in Kenya, currently at approximately 2.4 percent.
