More than 4,000 PSV drivers, operators, SACCO managers, and supervisors will receive training.
The training is being rolled out by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).
The program focuses on enhancing driver skills in areas like defensive driving and passenger care, while equipping management with skills in leadership, finance, and compliance, starting Monday, September 21.
