A 37-year-old woman has been arrested in Kilifi County for allegedly posing as a Social Health Authority (SHA) registration worker to facilitate SIM-swap fraud. Her accomplice remains at large.

• The suspects used personal details obtained under the guise of SHA registration to swap victims' SIM cards and access their mobile money accounts.
• The arrested suspect is Phyllis Njagi, while her alleged accomplice is John Mutesa Mango.
• The operation was conducted by detectives from Kilifi South and Nyali, and the arrest occurred on Tuesday, September 22.
