The High Court has allowed law firm Nyachoti and Company Advocates to withdraw from representing Foxcapital Investment Ltd in a Sh146 billion dispute with Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) Group.

• The case involves a disputed foreign remittance of €976,675,835 (approximately Sh146 billion).
• The law firm cited a lack of "further, accurate and sufficient instructions" from Foxcapital as the reason for withdrawal.
• Foxcapital has been given 14 days to appoint new lawyers, and the case is scheduled for mention on October 27.
